Description:
This is an extension for Visual DialogScript (32-bit version.) It adds a @STOPICE function to the vocabulary of VDS. The dll allows users to determine if Soft-ice is running. A programmer typically wants to know when Soft-ice is running due to this software being abused by reverse-engineers to bypass security systems within your code. The dll comes with the source code so you can make modifications if you would like to. Portions of this code were ported from Stop-ice Delphi component and are copyright 1998 Soft House Labs, Andre N Belokon. The source code was compiled in Borland Delphi 3. This function will return a value representing if Soft-ice is running or not.

return value(s):
   0 - Soft-ice NOT running
   1 - Soft-ice IS running
